One Response to [VIDEO] Why Spend Money in Video Games?

  • 1. In-game economies are similar to real-world economic systems because gamers can make money out of playing video games and buying in-game items. Gamers can buy weapons, characters, or parts of a video game for real American money. It is also similar because you have a lot of currency and a lot of goods.

    2. The advantage of online marketplaces that sell virtual goods is that gamers can buy, sell, and trade in-game products amongst themselves for real cash and the disadvantage is that it can be illegal and many gamers get banned from the game.
